If you’re a cardholder of the ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card and you’d like to manage your finances more efficiently, you might want to consider enrolling in an online banking account with ABNB. Doing so will allow you to conduct virtually all financial transactions available when banking at your local branch or over the phone, only you’ll be able to accomplish them from your home computer or mobile device. We have provided a tutorial below that will help you set up your online account and log into the secure banking portal. You will also find a brief explanation of the card activation procedure. Accessing your online account is easy. Start by clicking here to navigate to ABNB’s secure banking portal. In the Log In window, supply your User ID and click Log In to proceed.
ABNB may ask you to supply the answer to your security question. If this is the case, enter your answer in the empty field and specify whether the computer or mobile device you are operating from is private or public. Click Continue to move forward and, on the subsequent page, supply your password to gain access to your online account.
If you are unable to log in due to a forgotten password, click on the link titled Forgot your password? located within the login menu. To verify your identity you are asked to supply your User ID, Primary Account Holder Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Zip Code, and Email Address. Click Submit to proceed. The following page will provide with the opportunity to reset your password.
If you are unable to remember the answer to your security question, click on the Forgot your answer? link found within the security question window. This link will present you with a contact number and email address (shown below) with which you can get ahold of customer service to assist you through this process.
Activating your ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card is simple; call the number located above this paragraph and follow the directions given by a customer service representative or the automated messaging system. Once your card has been activated, click on the Secure registration link (located above the activation phone number) to begin the enrollment process for your online account. You should see the self-enrollment disclosure on the enrollment webpage. Read this document over carefully to learn about the various policies implemented by ABNB. After supplying the requisite information, click Submit to proceed onto the next step where you will need to decide upon a user ID, password, and security question/answer for your account.
