To take full advantage of your cards perks, and stay up to date with your bill payments, we strongly suggest that you register for e-banking as soon as you get your card activated. Within your personalized online banking account, you can also view your most current balances and transactions, set up recurring monthly payments, and transfer funds easily between your U.S. Bank accounts. To start the login process, go to the U.S. Bank login page, and enter your Personal ID. If you’d like to have a faster login time in the future when using your current device, tick Remember my ID. Click Log In to continue to the next step.
Now, you must provide your Password in the indicated field and click Log In to gain access to your account.
In the event that you have forgotten your personal ID, you can regain access to your account by clicking the Forgot ID? link beneath the primary login field. To begin the ID retrieval process and select Personal.
Choose your Phone Number, Email Address, or your Card or Account number as a method of identification on the next page.
You will need to enter your chosen identification method and your Last 4 digits of SSN before clicking Next. In the pages that follow, you will be able to retrieve your personal ID and restart the login process.
If you have forgotten your password, you can regain access to your account by clicking the Forgot Password? link found in the secondary login window. On the following page, you will need to provide your Last 4 digits of SSN in the indicated space. Click Next and in the subsequent pages, after supplying the requisite additional information, you will be able update your login credentials and regain access to your account.
To activate a newly acquired U.S. Bank credit card, call the toll free number immediately above this paragraph and follow the telephonic instructions to get your card fully up and running. Once your credit card has been activated, you can enroll for online access to your account by clicking the Secure registration link found just above the activation number. To enroll in an account for your credit card, you must select Personal as your type of account, select No to indicate that this is not for a standard banking or money market account, and then select I have a U.S. Bank Credit Card. Next, enter the following information in the blank spaces of the Account Information window:
Click Continue and, in the subsequent steps, set up your security info, agree to the online banking terms, and choose whether you would like to take advantage of any additional services such as online e-statements.
