Select the (Click here) for the LOOP VISA Credit Card Application link that can be found in the middle of the page (shown below). This link provides you with the PDF application which must be printed before proceeding.
Step 2- With the application in-hand, we are now going to go over each of the required fields. Start by checking one of the boxes at the top of the application to indicate whether or not you are applying for an individual account or for a joint account. Just below that, provide your signature and the signature of the co-applicant (if any).
Step 3- Next, specify which type of card you are applying for by selecting one of the two boxes found beside Credit Card Request. You are then asked to enter your requested Amount (card limit). Also, Alibina will donate a percentage of your purchases to local cause of your choosing. Specify which cause by selecting one of the available options.
Step 4- Here is where you must provide your personal information. The following details must be supplied:
Step 5- Continue by supplying your Monthly Gross Income, Other Income, Employer and Position, # years (number of years employed at your current job), and specify whether or not you are self employed.
Step 6- If you have decided to add a co-applicant to your account, you must provide the same information for this individual as you did for yourself (see steps 4 and 5).
Step 7- Under the Financial Statement heading, supply the total amount in your Checking, Savings, Real Estate and Other Assets accounts as well as who they are owned by. You must then provide the total amount of debt owed for your Real Estate Loan(s), Bank Cards, Installment Loans and any Other Loans. Lastly, provide the Payment amount for each of your debts.
Step 8- Here, provide your signature and the co-applicant’s signature (if any) as well as the data signed.
Step 9- If you’d like to perform a balance transfer to consolidate your previous balances into one bill, you may do so by supplying your other Account No. and the amount (up to two accounts may be consolidated). Supply your signature below and be sure to have a copy of your last statement included with your application.
Step 10- With all of your personal information supplied, take a moment to review the terms and conditions for this card to ensure that you agree with the rates and fees stated within the document. Lastly, mail or fax your application to the nearest Albina Community Bank location. The addresses and fax numbers for these locations are available at the bottom of the application form.
Approval or rejection of your application will be given to the address provided on your application. If you have not received approval or rejection of your application after two weeks of completion, it is advisable for you to contact the branch location to which you sent your application.
