12/2018 I pay my bill on the due date and was still charged a LATE FEE of $27.00, The customer services rep Chase stated I was late making my payment and they could not reverse the fees because they have a contract with Ashley Stewart. then he looked up my payment to see I paid it on time now he tells me it passed the cut off time of 8 pm. he was not going to reverse my late free after seeing I paid on time. To Hell With This Card. I WILL NOT BE OVER CHARGE FOR BEING A GOOD CUSTOMER
