The ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card stands out as a no-annual-fee card with a simple, flat rewards program and a surprisingly low APR range (around 9.99%–18% variable). Cardholders earn 1.5 points per dollar on all purchases and can redeem for travel, merchandise, or gift cards. There’s also a 20,000-point signup bonus for spending $3,000 in the first 90 days—solid for a credit-union card.
Most users say they like the straightforward rewards, helpful local customer service, and absence of common fees like cash-advance or balance-transfer fees. Many reviewers mentioned it’s great for everyday use without worrying about complex category bonuses or high annual costs.
On the downside, people often note that redemption options are limited and point values aren’t as generous as national rewards programs. Some also wish it included travel perks or more modern app features.
Personally, I think this card is best for ABNB members who want a low-cost, low-stress rewards card from a trusted local credit union. If you value simplicity and low interest rates over luxury benefits, it’s a winner. But if you’re chasing premium rewards or travel perks, bigger national cards will offer more bang for your buck.
I applied for the ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Card (through ABNB Federal Credit Union) because it offered no annual fee, decent rewards (1.5 points per $1 on all purchases according to the site) and solid member service.

+1
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of redeeming points and the process has been smooth.
Room for improvement: While 1.5 points per dollar is respectable, it’s not among the top-tier “super rewards” cards. Also travel perks (if you travel internationally) may be more limited than bank-orchestrated premium cards. But for a credit union card, I think the balance is strong.
it offers solid points on travel and dining, but the rewards rate is lower than I expected. It's reliable for everyday purchases, though nothing about it feels exceptional.
