Before surrendering any personal information to Elan Financial Services (EFS), take a look at their privacy policy to ensure that you’re comfortable with their methods of handling your sensitive information.

How to Login

Cardholders will find the login fields available on the EFS homepage. Once you’ve navigated to this page, you will have to enter your Personal ID in the blank field and click Continue.

Supply your Password in this login menu and select the Login button to gain entry to your online account. If you’ve misplaced your login credentials, continue reading down for assistance on retrieving your personal ID and resetting your password.

Retrieving your personal ID can be accomplished by clicking on the Forgot your Personal ID? link found on the EFS main page login menu. You must then enter the following pieces of personal information to verify your identity:

• Credit card account number
• Security code
• Last 4 digits of your SSN
• Zip code

Once those personal details have been specified, click Submit to proceed to the subsequent page where your personal ID can be retrieved.

A forgotten password can be reset by clicking on the Forgot your Password? link available within the password login menu. You will be redirected towards the reset page (pictured below) where the following pieces of information must be supplied to provide identity verification:

• Personal ID
• Credit card account number
• Security code
• Last 4 digits of SSN
• Zip code

Click the Submit button after verifying your identity. If your personal information was entered correctly, your new password will be created and ready for use.

To activate a new card, EFS requires cardholders to call the number listed above. Once you’ve activated your card, you will benefit immensely from creating a new account with EFS. Follow the link above to access the registration form which will establish your identity in the eyes of EFS and allow you to set your desired security parameters. The personal information required on this web form is as follows:

• Credit card account number
• Security code
• Last 4 digits of your SSN
• Zip code

Now you will need to decide on a Personal ID and Password for your account. Once you have chosen those security parameters, enter them in each of the required spaces. You may also give your Email Address to receive important details about your credit card and special promotional offers. Click Submit when you’re ready and your new account will be registered with EFS.
