If you register for an online banking account with Elan Financial Services (EFS), you will be able to view your past statements, manage your rewards points, pay your bills, perform balance transfers, and more, all from the comfort of your own home or office. How to Login

To start the login process, you will need to find your way to the EFS login page (you can do so by following this link). From there, find the Login window and type your Personal ID into the indicated field before clicking Continue to continue to the next step.

Next, you will be required to enter your Password into the blank space. If both of your login credentials were correctly entered, you should gain immediate access to your account by clicking the blue Login button you should gain immediate access to your account.

To retrieve a forgotten personal ID, click the Forgot your Personal ID? link in the first login window. Then, provide the following required information into the blank spaces of the ID retrieval page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Next, click Submit and in the ensuing pages you will be able to retrieve your forgotten personal ID and regain access to your account.

To change password, in the event that you have forgotten it, click the Forgot your Password? link in the second login window. On the ID Verification page you will need to enter the following information before creating your New Password:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Once the above information has been entered and you have created your new password, click Submit. If your new password matches the EFS password criteria, you should now be able access to your account using this new password.

To activate a new Bank of Albuquerque Visa Bonus Rewards/Bonus Rewards PLUS Credit Card, call the activation number provided above and follow the telephonic instructions to get your card up and running. Once your card has been activated, you will be able to register for online banking, which will give you 24/7 access to your account.
