If you are the recent recipient of a Bank of Edwardsville College Rewards Visa Card, you can now start building up a good credit score by responsibly managing your credit card finances. By creating an online banking account with Elan Financial Services (EFS), the card-issuer, you will be able to have online access to your credit card at anytime, from anywhere. Once your online account is created, by logging in you will be able to view your statements, make payments, set up account alerts, manage your rewards, and generally keep your account up-to-date. We have provided a guide below on how to log into and enroll for an EFS online banking account. How to Login

To begin the login process, navigate to EFS’s login page and locate the Login window. Once there, enter your Personal ID in the appropriate field and click Continue.

Next, you will be required to supply your Password before clicking Login to gain access to your online account.

If you’ve forgotten your personal ID, you will need to navigate to the first login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link found there. Once on the retrieval page, you’re asked to enter the following information before clicking Submit:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

By following the instructions contained within the next pages, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and regain access to your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, find your way to the second login window and click the Forgot your Password? link there. On the ID Verification page, you will be asked to enter the information listed below into the indicated spaces.

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Click Submit to complete the ID verification process and save your new password.

Call the toll-free number found above and a representative will be able to assist you in getting your Bank of Edwardsville College Rewards Visa Card activated (if you have yet to do so). Once your credit card has been activated, you will be able to register for an online banking account through EFS. To register, click the Secure Registration link found above and enter the following information on the enrollment page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

You will need to create and enter a Personal ID and a Password to be used as your login credentials for your online banking account. Next, enter your Email Address if you would like to be sent special offers and information about your new credit card. When you have finished all of the steps detailed above, click Submit to register your new account.
