Cardholders of the Bank of Edwardsville Travel Rewards American Express Card will find it practical to enroll in online account access through their card-issuer, Elan Financial Services (EFS). This will enable account holders to better manage their rewards points and credit card finances. By enrolling in EFS’ online banking services, you will be able to fully manage your account and accumulated rewards without needing to deal with the hassle of telephone banking. To help you get started with using this service, we have provided a guide below. How to Login

To begin, navigate to the EFS login page and enter your Personal ID into the indicated field. Once this is accomplished, click the Continue button to continue ahead to the next step.

Now enter your Password in the appropriate space and click the Login button to gain access to your online account.

If you can’t remember your personal ID, click the Forgot your Personal ID? link found within the login window on the main account access page. Then, enter the following information where indicated:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit and the pages that follow will provide you with the instructions necessary to complete the ID recovery process.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your Password? link located in the second login window. Then, provide the below information into the indicated fields of the ID Verification page:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

When you have finished filling in the above information, click Submit to regain access to your online account.

If your card is not yet activated, you may do so now by calling the number we have provided above. Once the activation process is complete, you can enroll in credit card account access through EFS by clicking the Secure registration link found above the activation number. On the enrollment page you will be asked to supply the following information:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Next, create a Personal ID and Password for your account. If you want EFS to contact you about special offers for your credit card, enter your Email Address. When you are ready, click Submit to complete your enrollment.

Congratulations! Your card is now activated and you have online credit card account access through EFS. You can now take advantage of the many financial tools that this service provides. Happy banking!
