How to Login

The first step to gaining access to your online account is to navigate to the EFS account access page. Once the page loads, locate the LOGIN box and enter your Personal ID into the indicated field. Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Click SUBMIT and you will receive further instructions from EFS on how to complete the remainder of the ID retrieval process.

If you forgot your password or need to reset it for whatever reason, you can click on the Forgot your Password? link found within the password section of the login process. To create a new password, first you need to enter the following information into the indicated fields:

  • Personal ID
  • Credit card account number
  • Security code
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Zip code

Then, create a New Password for your account and click SUBMIT. You can now log into your online account using your ID and new password.

Activation/Registration

You might have noticed that your credit card is useless until activated. To start the activation process, call the number we have provided above and speak to a customer service representative. Once your card is activated, you might consider enrolling for an EFS online banking account. The first step of the enrollment process is to click the Secure Registration link located below the above activation number. Next, you are required to submit the following information into the enrollment form:

  • Credit card account number
  • Security code
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Zip code

The second section of the form includes spaces for you to create a unique Personal ID and Password, which will be used to log into your account from here on out. Click SUBMIT to complete the enrollment process.
