How to Login

Click SUBMIT and the pages to follow will provide you with the information needed to complete the rest of the ID recovery process. If you follow the instructions properly, you will be granted access to your account.

It’s also not uncommon to forget one’s password, as we often have multiple passwords for multiple online accounts. If you have forgotten your EFS online account password, click the Forgot your Password? link located below the field where you would normally enter your password to log in. Enter the following information into the fields provided in order to confirm your identity:
