Complete the application process by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to This Webpage.

Step 2: You will need to scroll down to find the Bank of the Sierra Cash Rewards American Express Card. It is the 4th card listed. Click “Apply Now”.

Step 3: You must find the Bank of the Sierra Cash Rewards American Express Card once again. This time you can find it under “Cash back and travel rewards”. Click “Apply Now”.

Step 4: Step 4 is perhaps the most frustrating step as you are required to enter in a lot of information and do some typing. If you are well prepared it can’t take too long.

While filling out the first section of the form, include your:

Name
Date of birth
Social security number
Email address
Primary phone number

In the next segment, under “Housing Information”, enter in:

Street address
City, state, and ZIP code
Amount of time you have lived at your address
Housing status
Monthly housing payment
Whether or not you have an alternate mailing address

Step 5: The next segment of the application requires the applicant to input their employment status, their annual income, and indicate whether or not they have other income.

The applicant must also indicate which type of account they have with the Bank of the Sierra, indicate whether or not they are applying with a joint applicant, and indicate whether or not they would like to add an authorized user.

Step 6: The final step! Read and review the Terms and Conditions before ticking the box next to “I accept the Terms and Conditions”. Click “Submit” and you’re all done. You will now hear whether or not your application is successful.
