Berkshire Bank Travel Rewards American Express Card Login

If you recently acquired the Berkshire Bank Travel Rewards American Express Card, you may not know that Elan Financial Services (EFS), the card-issuer, provides online banking services for this credit card. By setting up an online banking account with EFS, you can access your account online and take advantage of a host of financial tools. These tools enable you to view your statements, manage your rewards, keep track of your transactions, make payments, set up account alerts, and more, all from your personal computer or smart device. We have provided a guide below on how to log into and enroll in online account access through EFS. If you haven’t yet activated your card, there are also instructions on how to do that. Before you continue, we recommend that you look over the EFS online privacy policy to see how they share their clients’ information.

How to Login

To begin, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page. Once there, enter your Personal ID into the indicated space of the Login window and click the Continue button to get to the next step.

On this page, enter your Password and click Login. If your login credentials were entered correctly, you will be granted access to your online account.

If you can’t remember your personal ID, you can retrieve it easily. Navigate to the first login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link and enter the following information on the ID retrieval page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit, and by following the instructions provided in the pages that ensue, you will be able to regain access to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, navigate to the second login window and click the Forgot your Password? link. On the ID Verification page, you will need to enter all of the information listed below.

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Once you have completed entering the above information, click Submit to complete the ID verification process, save your new password, and regain access to your account.

To activate your Berkshire Bank Travel Rewards American Express Card call the activation number found above and follow the telephone prompts through the activation process. Once your credit card has been activated, you will be able to register for online banking through EFS by clicking the Secure Registration link found above. Once you’ve accessed the enrollment page, enter the following information into the blank spaces:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

You will need to create and enter a Personal ID and a Password. These login credentials are going to be used every time you want to access your account, so make sure you remember them. Below that, there is an option to enter your Email Address if you would like to be sent special offers and information about your new credit card. When you are ready, click Submit to complete the enrollment process.
