If you recently received a Big Cat Rescue Affinity Card, you may be interested to know that you can manage your account online through Mycardstatement.com’s financial services. By registering for personalized internet banking, you can review your statements, pay your bills, and manage your rewards from anywhere, and at any time. To access your online account, go to the Mycardstatement.com webpage, enter your Username in the indicated field, and click Log In to proceed to the next step.
Next, you will need to provide the answer to a security question. You set this answer yourself when you enrolled in online banking. When you have entered your answer, click Continue to gain access your account.
If you happen to forget your Username, click the Forgot your username link that is located in the primary login window. You will be redirected to the page pictured below. Enter your Credit Card Number where indicated, and then click Begin Forgot Username. In the subsequent pages you will need to provide some more security information to be able to retrieve your username and regain access to your online banking account.
Call the toll-free number posted directly above this text to activate your card, if you have not already done so. Your card will need to be activated before you can start using it to make purchases. Having activated your card, we strongly recommend that you enroll in online banking, so that you can easily manage your account from any internet-connected device. Click the Secure registration link found above this paragraph to access the enrollment page. Then, enter your Credit Card Number and click Begin Enrollment. In the steps that follow, you will need to further identify yourself and set up the security and login information for your new online account.
