How to Login

Start by navigating to the Commerce Bank homepage and entering in your Customer ID into the appropriate field on the left side of the screen as displayed below.

You will then be taken to the page on which your password can be entered.

In the case that you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your Password? link. You will need to give this information:

Customer ID
Last four digits of your SSN
Last 4 digits of your Card Number
3-digit Security Code

Secure Registration

You can activate your card by dialing the number listed above and speaking to a customer service representative. To register for an online account, click on the link above to be taken to the Commerce bank homepage. Click on the Activate Online Banking link.

You will then need to select activate now at the bottom of the list displayed below.

Read over the terms and conditions and click Accept.
