On the next page, indicate that you are registering a business card. If you have an account with U.S. Bank, tick the “Yes” option and enter your account number, your ATM pin, and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Click “Continue” and you’re all finished. If you don’t have a U.S. Bank bank account, click “No” and read on below.

 

There are two other ways to verify your identity. The first option is “I am an authorized officer on a U.S. Bank Business Credit Card or Charge Card”. If you want to use this option, enter your:

• Credit card or charge card number
• Signature panel code or PIN
• Card expiration date
• ZIP code
• Tax ID number

Click “Continue” and you are all registered.

If your preferred option is “I am not an authorized officer on a U.S. Bank Business Credit Card or Charge Card”, enter your:

• Credit card or charge card number
• Signature panel code or PIN
• Card expiration date
• ZIP code
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
