The Club Carlson Business Rewards Visa Credit Card, offered by Carlson Hotels, Visa, and U.S. Bank, is a business-oriented credit card aimed at those who would like to save some money with their Carlson brand loyalty. The card has a $60 annual fee, but a low APR and a rewards program.

On the next page click “Apply Now” again.
Step 2: The next section requires you to fill out some information about you and your business. Starting under “Business Information”, fill in your:
- Business name as you’d like it to appear on the cards
- Name of business
- Business tax ID
- Street address
- City, state, and ZIP code
- Years at address
- Year business started
- Business phone number
- Organization type
- Gross annual income
- Whether or not you want your employees to have cash access
Step 3: Continue under “Business Owner” with:
- What type of business owner you are
- Club Carlson number
- Name
- Social security number
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Annual income
- Email address
- City, state, and ZIP code
- Whether or not you have an alternate mailing address
- Whether or not you want employee cards
Step 4: Read and review the Terms and Conditions. Tick the box next to “I accept the Terms and Conditions“. Click “Continue” and you’re all done.
