Welcome to the login/activation guide for the Community 1st Credit Union Secured Mastercard Credit Card. On this page you will find a step-by-step guide that will explain what you need to know about accessing your online account and retrieving your forgotten login information. Once you have accessed your online account you can make immediate payments to outstanding balances and review your monthly statement history. All you have to do is scroll down this page and you will find all of the information you need to not only manage your online account, but to set one up if you have not already done so.
Before you continue to the login guide you should take a moment to read the online privacy policy as it explains how your personal information is going to be protected and used throughout the login process.
Step 1: You first need to navigate to the login homepage, pictured below.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password in the blank spaces provided and click the LOGIN link to gain access to your online account. If you have forgotten or misplaced your login information you can retrieve it by clicking the Forgot Username of Password link and continuing to the next steps.
Step 3: On the following page you must enter the following information in the blank spaces provided and click the Continue button to begin the retrieval process:
If you have yet to setup an online account you can do so by either calling the customer service number provided above or by activating one online. To activate online click the Secure activation link above and on the following page click the Enroll link.
On the following page you must enter the following information before clicking the Continue button:
On the ensuing pages you will be required to enter some basic user information and update your profile settings before your online account can be fully activated. Once completed however, you will have all you need to manage your credit card online.
