How to Apply

Navigate to the overview page here of your Low Rate mastercard and select either the title display in blue or click on the Apply Now  button underneath the card icon

First thing you must do is find your way to this webpage and look out for the Student Choice Rewards Mastercard option. You can click on either the title of the card in blue or on the button that labeled Apply Now to start the online application.

You will notice that upon arrival to the application page, the window below will appear telling you that access is granted only to credit union members. Select Yes and enter in Community First Credit Union where required.

 

Step 1-Disclosures

Check off the Information Box if you consent to receiving the Information Box, Terms and Conditions and the Privacy terms electronically.

Step 2-Personal Information

Note that only the starred fields are mandatory in this application. You must then enter the following personal information accordingly:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Home address
• City
• Province
• Postal Code
• Housing Status
• Monthly payment
• Years at Current Address
• Home Phone #
• Mobile Phone #
• Your Birthday
• Mother’s Maiden Name

 

Step 3-Employment Information

The employment information requried of you will vary depending on whether you are employed, a homemaker, permanently disabled, retired, unemployed, self employed or a student. Select the one that best suits your current situation and enter the financial information required.

 

Step 4-Additional User Information

If you’d like to add an additional user, select yes and submit their information into the starred fields. If not, select No and skip this step.

Step 5-Terms and Conditions

Once you’ve read the terms and conditions, check the box that indicates that you agree and understand them to finish the application process.
