Elk River Bank Travel Rewards American Express Card Login

Once you have received your Elk River Travel Rewards American Express Card, if you wish to be able to pay bills or view your statements online, first you’ll have to register for your online account. To do this you’ll have to make sure your card is activated, see the bottom of this page for information on how to do this. When your card is activated and you’ve registered for an online account, you’ll login to your Elk River Travel Rewards American Express Card account through their credit card provider, Elan Financial Services (EFS). You can navigate directly to the login page by clicking the Secure Login link provided above.

How to Login

When you navigate to the EFS secure login page, you will first enter your Peronal ID in the presented field and click on Continue.

This will take you to the following page, where you will be asked to provide the ID Shield Answer that you have set. Once entered click on Next, which will take you to your online account.

If you ever forget either your Personal ID or your Shield Answer, you will be able to retrieve this information by filling out the required fields. Just follow the links, either Forgot your Personal ID? or Forgot your Answer?.

To retrieve your Personal ID, you will need to supply your credit card account number, security code (both of which can found on your card), your SSN and either your Zip Code or PIN.

You can also use your PIN instead of your ZIP code by clicking Verify by PIN and entering you 4 digit PIN.

If you have forgotten your Shield Answer you will be have to supply your Personal ID, credit card account number, security code (both found on your card), your SSN and either your Zip Code or PIN.

Secure Registration

At the time of this review, there is no way to activate your card directly online. You will have to call the above 1-800 number and speak to a representative, who will activate your card. To register for an online account you can click the Secure Registration link provided above. It will take you to a form shown below in this example:

Enter your information in the above fields. Next, you will be asked to create a Personal ID and Password. Once all fields are complete, click Submit and your Elk River Travel Rewards American Express Card is registered for online use!
