How to Login

First, let’s navigate to the EFS account access page. Here, you’ll see a Login box to the left of the page. Enter your Personal ID in the provided field and click Continue.

The next step is to enter your Password and click Login. Your account profile will load up and you can carry on with your online banking tasks.

If you can’t remember your personal ID or password, click on the appropriate link (either Forgot your Password? on the second login page, or Forgot your Personal ID? on the first login page). For both cases you’ll have to enter the following information:

Personal ID (only in the situation where you forget your password)
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of SSN
Zip code

For the password retrieval process, you will have to create a new password in order to log back into your account. If all the information you entered is correct, you can now regain access to your online banking account.
