How to Apply

So you’ve decided to apply. The secure application can be found from the card summary page Amex has setup to break down the basic features of this card. To access the application simply select the blue apply now link.

Step 1- Personal Information

You will first be asked to submit identification information to Amex. Enter the following information into the provided fields:

• Full name
• Name on card
• Email address
• SSN
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Home address

For those with dependents, spouses, or employees to whom they would like to extend the benefits of this card there is an option at the bottom of this page by which you can add additional cardholders. Keep in mind that as the primary account holder you will ultimately be responsible for all bills and fees associated with the account, so choose wisely.

Step 2- Financial Information 

In order for Amex to properly evaluate your creditworthiness you will have to submit the following financial data into the provided fields:

• Employer name
• Employer city/state
• Employer phone number
• Income source
• Total annual income
• Bank accounts held
• Housing status

At this juncture in the application Amex has put in place the mechanics needed to perform up to 4 balance transfers from any major credit cards, the debt of which you may wish to consolidate. To do so simply select the Transfer Balances link and submit the requested information for each card.

Step 3- Terms and Conditions
