• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a SSN
• Be a US resident

How to Apply

Step 1- Click the Apply Online link at the top of this page.  This will direct you to the MUCFCU Credit Card Application. On the application page you will need to provide the following personal information:

• Full name
• SSN
• Birthdate
• Daytime phone
• Email
• Marital status
• Mother’s maiden name

Step 2- Now provide the following housing information where indicated:

• Address
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Length of time at address
• Housing status
• Monthly housing payment

Step 3- Enter the following employment and income information where appropriate:

• Current employer
• Annual earnings
• Length of employment
• Employer phone
• Other income

Step 4- List any assets that you own, indicate if you receive alimony or child support and how much, then select whether or not you would like to add a co-applicant in all the appropriate fields as shown in the example below.

Step 5- If you are adding a co-applicant you will need to repeat the above same above steps with their information, beginning with their personal information.  If you are not adding a co-applicant, skip ahead to Step 6.

You will then need to enter your co-applicant’s housing information as indicated.

Now enter their employment and income information.

Step 6- You should now be at the Loan Information section of your application.  Select New Card as your Application Type and the Miami Visa Gold as your Type of Card. Enter the credit amount that you would like to request in the indicated field, then select if you would like to transfer the balance from another credit card to your new one.  Finally, enter any comments to your application in the indicated blank field.

Step 7- Consult the APR and card details for the MUCFCU Visa Gold Card, note that the MUCFCU only provides your complete terms and conditions after your application has been approved and an agreement made.  Click the Submit button to submit your application.
