Owners of the NASA Federal Star Trek Credit Card can easily manage their accounts online by logging into their accounts through the NASA Federal Credit Union eBranch login page. Once logged in, cardholders can view past statements, perform balance transfers, pay bills and more. If you have just received a brand new NASA Federal Star Trek Credit Card in the mail, you will need to activate your card before you can start using it. Go to the eBranch Login page and enter your Account Number or Username and Password as indicated. ClickLogin and you should be granted access into your online banking.
If you forget your Username, just click the Forgot Username? link found on the login page, then enter your account number on the linked page as indicated and click Submit to be able to retrieve your Username.
In the event that you have forgotten your Password, click the Email me a temporary password link found on the login page and enter your account number into the field as indicated. Click Submit to have a temporary Password emailed to you so that you can re-access your online banking to create a new, permanent one.
At the time of this writing, you can’t activate the NASA Federal Star Trek Credit Card online. So if you just received a new card and haven’t activated it yet, you should call the NASA FCU customer service number provided immediately above to get that done so you can start using your new card. To enroll in online account access through NASA FCU click the Secure registration link that we have posted above. On the linked page seen in the example below, enter your account number where indicated then click Submit.
After providing your account number, on the pages that follow, you will be able to setup your login and security information for your online account access. Once you have completed this process, you will be able to use your newly created credentials for all future logins. That’s all there is to it.
