PenFed Platinum Rewards Visa Signature Card Login | Make a Payment

If you have recently been approved for the PenFed Platinum Rewards Visa Signature Card, your card will need to be activated once it has arrived in the mail. Following activation, you can enroll in an online banking account to manage your credit card and take care of your finances. To speed up the process of paying off your balances, transferring funds, or reviewing your statements, you can simply log into your online banking account and accomplish these tasks from your computer or mobile device. It is important to note that only members of the PenFed Credit Union will be able to sign up for an online account (follow the instructions found on this webpage to become a member). The below tutorial will take you through each step of the card activation, account registration, and log in procedures which must be accomplished in order to properly manage your credit card online. How to Login

You can log into the PenFed Credit Union online banking portal by first navigating to this webpage. There you need be able to enter your Username into the empty field and click Login.


If the computer you are currently operating from is not your personal computer, you may be required to enter some security information. If this is the case for you, you will need to supply your mother’s middle name and, below that, choose one of the options to let PenFed know if you would like to register the computer you’re using with their operating system. Continue on to the next few pages where you will need to supply your password before being granted access to your online banking account.


If you are unable to remember your user name, select the Forgot Username? link found just below the main login field. On the page that follows, supply your Social Security Number and click Continue. An email will be sent to you containing your forgotten user name.


If you can’t seem to remember your password, click on the Forgot Password? link located in the login menu on the main page. You will need to, on the next page, select the green Let’s Get Started! tab to proceed.


You will find that there are a few different ways for you to retrieve your password. We will begin with the first method which is by Member Number. In the empty field, enter your Member Number followed by your Security Code and the first 3 digits of your SSN. Click Continue and an email will be sent to you containing your forgotten password.


To retrieve your password using your user name, you will simply need to enter your User Name into the blank field followed by your Security Code and the first 3 digits of your SSN. Once entered, click Continue and PenFed will send you an email containing your forgotten password.


The remaining two methods of password retrieval are the same in that you will only need to supply your Social Security Number. Click Continue and an email will be sent to you containing your user name. Once you’ve received your user name, it will be possible for you to retrieve your password through the User Name method of password retrieval (described above).



In the event that you forget both your user name and your password, select the Forgot User Name and Password? link found within the main login menu. The next page will require you to enter your Social Security Number and click Continue. Following that, an email will be sent to you containing your user name. It will then be possible for you to retrieve your password by the User Name method of password retrieval, described above.



You can activate your card by calling the number posted above and following the instructions provided over the phone. Once activated, click on the Secure registration link, also posted above, to be taken to the online banking enrollment page. You will need to select the Let’s Get Started tab found on the following page to proceed.


Here you will need to enter your Member Number, Security Code, and the middle 2 digits of your SSN. Continue onto the next few pages where you will set up your account by creating a user name and password.
