How to Apply

Step 1 – First, navigate to the EFS Pulaski Bank credit card page. Once there, you’ll notice a list of credit cards. Find the Pulaski Bank Travel Rewards American Express Credit Card and click Apply Now.

Step 2 – The first section of the application form has you entering the following personal information:

Step 3 – Below that is housing information. Type the following data into the appropriate fields:

Step 4 – You are required to present your employment status, employer, occupation and annual income. Also, provide any alternate income you might have.
