My APR rate was raised; I called about my account. Apparently, my credit worthiness is worthless even though I've been a member since 2003, paid off my account several times, can count on 1 hand since 2003 times I've been late. The supervisor refused to return my APR rate back to my previous month's rate and just sited that interest rates have increased on all cards. Bunk!!!!! I find this card is worthless. I froze the account and intend to pay off asap.
