Users must first navigate to the Bank of America homepage in order to begin the login process.

Once there, users must enter their Online ID and Passcode into the provided fields and then click the Sign In button.

If you have forgotten your login information, click the more applicable of the Forgot ID and Forgot Passcode links.

If you have forgotten your Online ID click the Forgot ID button, enter your complete card number (or account number), your complete Social Security number (or Tax Identification number), and your passcode. Click the Continue button to begin the retrieval process.

There are two ways to activate your newly received Virgin Atlantic MasterCard credit card. You can either call Bank of America directly at 1 (315) 724-4022 or you can enroll using the web portal. In order to enroll using the web portal, click the “Secure Activation” link above and then click the Enroll button in the Secure Sign-In window.

On the following page you will be required to enter your complete account number (or card number), your complete Tax Identification number (or Social Security number) and then click the Continue button. You will then be required to create an Online ID and Passcode as well as set your security settings before completing the activation process.
