If you are a cardholder of the BankAmericard Better Balance Rewards credit card then you are privy to a sleek web portal that can be used to manage nearly every aspect of your credit card. The web portal that is available to all of the Bank of America clients can be found on the Bank of America homepage. This web portal allows users to pay bills, activate new cards, review previous monthly statements, request additional cards, and update contact information. Do not be upset if you are having difficulty with the web portal as we are here to help. We have created a helpful guide to walk you through everything you need to know in order to login to your online account and activate any new Bank of America cards you may have received. While it is not necessary to complete the activation or login process, we recommend that our readers review the Bank of America privacy policy in order to be certain that they are aware of how their personal information will be handled.
In order to begin the login process, go to the Bank of America homepage and locate the Secure Sign-In tab in the top left of the screen. Hint: it is located just below the Bank of America logo
Enter your Online ID and Passcode in the spaces that are provided to you, and then click the Sign In button to access your online account. If you have forgotten your login information, click whichever is more applicable to your situation the Forgot ID or Forgot Passcode links.
To retrieve your Online ID, enter your complete card number (or your complete account number), your complete Tax Identification number (or complete Social Security number), and your Passcode before clicking the Continue button.

The BankAmericard Better Balance Rewards credit card cannot be used to make purchases until it has been activated either by calling Bank of America customer service at 1 (315) 724-4022 or by using the web portal. If you are using the web portal, click the “Secure Activation” link above and then click the Enroll button.
You must then enter your complete card number (or complete account number) and your complete Tax Identification number (or complete Social Security number) before clicking the Continue button. You will then be asked to go through the security set-up and the creation of an Online ID and Passcode before your card can be activated. Once you have completed these steps, your card will be ready to be used to make purchases.
