How to Login

The first step is to navigate to the login homepage, pictured below.

If have not activated your Continental Finance Surge Credit Card yet you can do so by either calling the activation number listed above or by creating an online account. If you wish to create an online account you can do so by first clicking the Secure activation link above. You must then click the image of the Continental Finance Surge Credit Card.

 

Then on the following page you must enter your Credit Card Number and click the Submit button to begin the enrollment process. On the following pages you will be asked to create a User Name and Password as well as setup your security settings. Once completed you will have simultaneously activated your Continental Finance Surge Credit Card and enrolled for an online account.
