Corgi Rescue Credit Card Login

The Corgi Rescue Credit Card allows cardholders to donate a portion of all of their purchases towards Corgi Rescue. While many might use this card without really thinking about the credit they need to manage, this card makes the very credit management as simple as possible. Through the amazing online features available from UMB, cardholders are given the tools to make payments, review statement history, and request additional cards all from the comfort of their own homes. All you need to do is login to your online account and you will be able to manage your credit card in its entirety. We would like to remind all of our readers of the importance of reading the online privacy policy. Doing so will inform you of how exactly your personal information is going to be used and protected throughout the login and activation processes.

How to Login

The first step is to navigate to the login homepage, pictured below.

Click Online Banking from the dropdown tab and enter your User ID in the blank space provided. Finally, click the NEXT button to proceed to the next page. On the following page you will need to enter your Password and click the NEXT button before being given access to your online account. If have forgotten your login information you may click the Forgot User ID? link to be taken to a retrieval page.

On the following retrieval page, click the Next: Continue to re-enroll button.

On the following page enter the following information in the blank spaces provided:

Account type
Card number
Last 5 digits of your social security number
Expiration month/year
Statement ZIP code

Click the Verify your account button.

On the following pages you will be required to verify your identity, create a User ID, and create a security profile before your forgotten information can be recovered.

If you have yet to activate your Corgi Rescue Credit Card you may do so by either calling the activation number listed above or by creating an online account. To create an online account you must first click the Secure activation link above. On the following page click the Enroll in Online Banking link.

You must then enter the following information before clicking the Verify your account button:

Account type
Card number
Last 5 digits of your social security number
Expiration month/year
Statement ZIP code

You will then be asked to verify your identity, create a User ID and create a security profile before your online account can be created. Once finalized you will have activated your Corgi Rescue Credit Card and enrolled for an online account.
