Great Marcy's Deals Limited Use

I enjoy the exclusive Macy's offers and seasonal discount with this card, but rewards only apply in store and online at Macy's. Fun when I shop there, but not much use elsewhere.

Credit Card charges -- Customer service horrible

I bought a ring last March. I put it on Macy's interest club. First they bill me twice for item. Also the money that way suppose to be interest free was showing up under my every day purchase and the smaller amount is showing up under the interest free acct. Here it is Dec and this still has not been resolved.

I used my card to buy 2 Christmas ornaments. I paid in full one month later. Now since january I have received a 2.00 charge every month,no reason given. I went thru this a number of years ago. I called and asked them to explain this charge, they mumbled interest charges, not true! I strongly urge ditching Macy credit card. They try to get unearned monies from customers. Goodbye Macys!
