Once you are the proud owner of an Elk River College Rewards VISA, you’ll first have to activate your card by phone (details at bottom of this page). Then you can register for your online account if you wish to make online transfers and transactions. When your card is activated and you’ve registered for an online account, you’ll login to your Elk River College Rewards VISA account through a third party website, Elan Financial Services (EFS), which is the card provider for Elk River Bank. You can navigate directly to the login page by clicking the Secure Login link provided above.
Before logging into your account and performing any transactions we recommended that you read the EFS Privacy Policy.
When you navigate to the EFS secure login page, you will first enter your Personal ID in the presented field and click on Continue.
After clicking Continue you will be taken to the following page, where you will be asked to provide the ID Shield Answer that you have set. Once entered click on Next, which will take you to your online account.
If you happen to forget either your Personal ID or your Shield Answer, you will be able to retrieve this information by filling out the required fields. First, click whichever applies, the Forgot your Personal ID? or Forgot your Answer? link on each respective page.
To retrieve your Personal ID, you will need to supply your credit card account number, security code (both found on your card), your SSN and either your zip code or PIN.
If you do not have or cannot supply a Zip Code click Verify by PIN and enter you 4 digit PIN.
If you have forgotten your Shield Answer you will be required to supply your Personal ID, Credit Card Account Number, Security Code (both found on your card), your SSN and either your Zip Code or PIN.
At the time of this review, there is now way to activate your card directly online. You will have to call the above 1-800 number and speak to a representative, who will activate your card. To register for an online account you can click the Secure Registration link provided above. It will take you to a form shown below in this example:
First enter your information in the above fields. Then, you will be asked to create a Personal ID and Password. When all fields are complete, click Submit and your Elk River College Rewards VISA is activated and registered for online and real-life use!
