More frustration than benefits
I signed up for the first national bank American express card hoping for solid perks, but it's been underwhelming. The rewards are minimal, and I keep having to call customer service to clarify charges that should be obvious. It works fine for basic purchases, but for everything else especially compared to the other AmEx card it just feels lackluster and slow

Nice cashback options and smooth AmEx customer service. Would love a stronger signup bonus though.
