First State Bank Visa Business Bonus Rewards/Rewards PLUS Card Login

If you recently received a First State Bank Visa Bonus Rewards or Rewards Plus Card in the mail, you may be wondering how to redeem your rewards points. To properly manage your rewards and to generally oversee your finances online, you will need to enroll in online access through the card-issuing company, Elan Financial Services’ (EFS) banking portal. By logging into your online account, you will be able manage and redeem your rewards, view your statements, pay your bills, update your personal information, perform balance transfers, and review all your past transactions. We have provided a guide below on how to access your account online and how to activate a new card. Scroll down and consult our guide to find the information that you need.

How to Login

To log into your account, you will need to find your way to the EFS login page. Once there, enter your Personal ID in the indicated space and click Continue to get to the next step.

Next, you will be required to provide your Password and click the Login button to be granted access to your online account.

If you have forgotten your personal ID, retrieve it by locating and clicking the Forgot your Personal ID? link (in the first login window). Enter the following information on the page that follows:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit and, in the subsequent steps, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and regain access your account.

If you can’t remember the password for your online banking account, you will need to create a new one. Click the Forgot your Password? link, which is found in the secondary login window, to access the ID Verification page. Then, supply the following information:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Click Submit to save your new password and regain access to your account.

If your First State Bank Visa Bonus Rewards or Rewards Plus Card is not yet activated, call the activation number provided above and a customer service agent will be able to get your card up and running. Once your credit card has been activated, you can enroll in online banking through EFS by clicking the Secure Registration link found just above the activation number. Once on the enrollment page, enter the below information.

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

You will then need to create your Personal ID and your Password, entering these credentials into the indicated spaces. Enter your Email Address where indicated if you want to be emailed additional information and offers regarding this credit card. Click Submit to create your new EFS online banking account.

That’s all there is to it! Your account is activated and enrolled in online access. Now you will be able to keep track of your finances and rewards points from any personal computer or smart device. Happy banking!
