First State Bank Visa Platinum Card Login

As a new cardholder of the First State Bank Visa Platinum Card, it would be in your best interest to how to register for online account access for your new card. Online banking is provided by Elan Financial Services (EFS) which is the card-issuing financial institution. By registering for an online banking account, you will be able to access your account from your home, at your office, or on-the-go. Once logged into your account, you can view your statements, make bill payments, perform balance transfers, review your transactions, and update your personal information. Before registering for online access through EFS, we recommend that you review their online privacy policy to gain a full understanding on how they might share your information.

How to Login

To log into your account, navigate to the EFS login page and supply your Personal ID into the indicated field. Click Continue to proceed to the next step of the login process.

You will next be asked to supply your Password and click the Login button. If both login credentials have been entered correctly, you should now be logged into your online account.

To retrieve a forgotten personal ID, you will need to navigate to the first login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link. Then, provide the following information on the ID retrieval page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit and, by following the instructions in the ensuing pages, you will eventually be able to retrieve your forgotten ID.

For a forgotten password, you will need to come up with a replacement in order to regain access to your account. To reset your password, navigate to the second login window and click the Forgot your Password? link. On the ID Verification page, you will need to provide the following details before clicking Submit to save your new password:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Once you have verified your account and saved your new password, you will be able to regain access to your account.

To activate your card, call the toll-free customer service number posted above and a EFS representative will be able to help you get your card up and running. Once your card is activated, you will be able to start making purchases and register for online account access. To register, click the Secure Registration link found above the activation number. You will need to provide the subsequent information into the appropriate spaces of the enrollment page before continuing:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Create a Personal ID and Password and enter them into the appropriate fields. You will need to use these login credentials every time that you wish to access your account online, so be sure to save them. To be sent special offers and information about your new credit card, you can provide your Email Address. Click Submit when you are ready to register your online banking account.
