How to Apply

Step 1 – Find your way to the Fred Meyer homepage, for your convenience we’ve linked this page here. There is a menu close to the top containing a number of options. Click on the Rewards drop down menu and then Rewards Visa Card.

Step 2 – Scroll down once the page has fully loaded and you’ll need to click on Apply online in order to get to the next step.

Step 3 – Since the institution that issues the credit card is U.S. Bank, you’re redirected to a page where you’ll have to click Apply Now again.

Step 4 – Finally we get to the actual application page, wherein you are asked to supply the bank with as much information as possible. The first section will be of a personal nature, with required fields including the following:

Email address (not mandatory)

Step 5 – After that you will need to provide information on your current living situation including address, time at that address, housing status, monthly payments and an alternate mailing address if applicable.
