Fulton Bank has partnered with them so EFS can govern and manage all of their credit cards. Cardholders will enjoy peace of mind knowing any questions or concerns pertaining to their credit card will be answered by the capable customer service representatives of EFS. They also provide an easy-to-use online banking service for their clients so they can easily manage their credit card account anytime, anywhere, from any computer or smartphone. Once enrolled, cardholders can log in and complete basic banking tasks such as paying bills, checking statements, performing transfers, and setting up account alerts. To begin, navigate to the EFS Cardmemer Service page. Locate the Login box and enter your Personal ID into the field provided. Click CONTINUE to proceed to the next step.
Next, you will need to enter the Password you created for your account. Submit your password into the indicated field and click LOGIN. You will now be granted access to your online banking account.
If you can’t log in, it might be because you can’t remember your personal ID. You can retrieve your personal ID by clicking the Forgot your Personal ID? link within the login box on the main account access page. In order to verify your identity, you need to provide your Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number, and your Zip Code. Click SUBMIT and on the subsequent pages you will be instructed on how retrieve your forgotten ID.
Another common reason people can’t log in is their password is being entered incorrectly. If you still have problems after you try re-entering it, you can create a new one by clicking the Forgot your Password? link. You are required to submit your Personal ID, Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number, and your Zip Code. Next, create a New Password for your account and click SUBMIT. Use this new password to regain access to your online banking account.
If you haven’t already done so, it’s best if you activate your credit card before commencing the enrollment process. You can activate your card now by calling the number we have provided above. With the activation process out of the way, you can take a few minutes to set up an EFS online banking account. To begin, click the Secure Registration link below the activation number. You are asked to enter your Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number, and Zip Code. After that, create a unique Personal ID and Password for your account and provide an Email Address so EFS can send you information pertaining to your account. Click SUBMIT to complete the enrollment process.
