Start by clicking here to be taken to Bank of America’s secure online portal. There you must supply your Online ID and Passcode in the empty fields. Once your login credentials have been supplied, click Sign In to access your online banking account.
If you have forgotten your online ID or passcode, you can recover either or both by clicking on the Sign-in help options link located in the Secure Sign-In menu. Three options are available to help you recover your login credentials. Select the one which correlates with your forgotten piece(s) of ID.
If you’ve forgotten your online ID, you will be asked to provide Your complete card number or account number, Your complete Social Security number or Tax Identification number, and Your Passcode. To retrieve your passcode, enter into the blank fields Your complete card number or account number, Your complete Social Security number or Tax Identification number, and Your Online ID. Once entered, click Continue to proceed. By following the instructions provided on the subsequent pages, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten passcode.
If you have forgotten both your online ID and passcode, you must simply supply Your complete card number or account number and Your complete Social Security number or Tax Identification number. Click Continue once the requisite information has been supplied. On the next page, you will be able to recover your login credentials by following the instructions provided.
Your card will need to be activated before you can start using it to make purchases. Also, if you don’t already have an account with Bank of America, you will need to activate your card before online banking can be accessed. To activate your card, call the number posted above this paragraph and speak to a customer service representative. With your card activated, you may begin the enrollment process for your online banking account by clicking on the Secure registration link located just above the activation number.
