MidFirst Bank ASU Platinum Credit Card Login

As a new cardholder of the MidFirst Bank ASU Platinum Credit Card, you can easily access your account through the MidFirst Bank website. By accessing your account online, you can manage your credit card account in a myriad of ways including paying bills, transferring balances and reviewing your past statements. By scrolling down this page you will find that we have provided helpful instructions on how to activate a new card, how to enroll in online access to your account, and how to login.

How to Login

To access your account online, navigate to the MidFirst homepage. Once there, select Credit Card from the pulldown menu, enter your Banking ID and click Log In. You should now be logged into your MidFirst Bank ASU Platinum Credit Card account.

Because there isn’t an online login identification retrieval system at the time of this writing, if you happen to forget your Customer ID you will have to call the MidFirst customer support line at 1 (888) 643-3477 for assistance.

Activation/Registration

If you have just received a new MidFirst Bank ASU Platinum Credit Card in the mail, call the number that we have provided above and speak to a MidFirst Bank representative to activate your new card. Unfortunately, at the time of this writing, there isn’t an online system to activate your new card. Once your card is activated, you can access your account online by enrolling in online services through MidFirst Bank Online Banking Enrollment page which can be accessed by clicking the Secure registration link above. On the enrollment page navigate to and select the Credit Card Account option, read the iManage Personal Banking and Bill Pay Agreement, then tick the box indicating that you submit to the terms of said online agreement. When you have completed these steps as in the example below, click Continue.

You will then see a form like the one below, enter the following information in the indicated fields:

First name
Last name
Last 4 digits of your SSN
Email address

The form will then require you to enter the following details of your mailing address:

Address
City
State
Zip code

Finally, you will have to provide the following details in the spaces indicated:

Home phone number
Mother’s maiden name
Last 4 digits of credit card number
Credit card expiration date

When you have finished entering this information, click Continue. You will need to set up your login information in the subsequent webpages to finish the online banking enrollment process. When you have your Banking ID, you will be able to access your MidFirst Bank ASU Platinum Credit Card account online by logging in on the MidFirst Bank homepage.
