Purdue Federal Visa Student Credit Card Login

If you just received a new Purdue Federal Visa Student Credit Card in the mail, congratulations are in order! The first order of business is to get your card activated. After this has been accomplished, we recommend that you enroll in online account access. Through the Purdue Federal website, you can login to your account online to manage your bills, rewards and statements at your own leisure. If you continue reading further down this page, we have provided instructions for you on where and how to login, how to activate a new card, and how to enroll in online access to your account.

How to Login

You will need to pass through a couple of steps to access your online account. First, go to the Purdue Federal homepage, enter your user ID in the Member Login window, and then click Login to proceed to the next step.

On the next screen, you just need to enter your Password and click Sign In to login and acquire secure access to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the I Forgot My Password or I Lost My Password link, which can be found in either of the first two login windows.

Once on the linked page, enter the following information in the Forgot Password window and click Submit to reset proceed:

User ID
Full name
Date of birth
Account number
Email address
Home phone number

In the subsequent page, you will be able to reset your password and, in turn, login using your new login information.

For card activation, call the customer service number posted above and follow the telephone instructions. If you wish to enroll in online banking, click the Secure registration link, and then read and agree to the Online, Mobile, and Text Banking Services Agreement (seen in the example below) by ticking the little box and clicking I accept the terms of this agreement. This will take you to the registration form.

On the registration form, you will need to enter the following information in the blank spaces:

Full name
Account/Phone PIN
Account number
Email address
Home phone number

Click Submit when you are done, this will take you to the next step of the registration process. In the subsequent pages you will be asked to set up your login and security information. Once all this has been accomplished, your account will be set up for online access.
