How to Apply for a U.S. Pride BankAmericard Credit Card

If you’re a veteran or simply want to show your support for the men and women currently serving in the armed forces, the U.S. Pride BankAmericard Credit Card lets you show your patriotism while earning cash back rewards on everyday purchases. This card is issued by Bank of America.

Requirements

To receive a U.S. Pride BankAmericard Credit Card, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a credit history with no recent bankruptcies.
Have a valid Social Security number.

How to Apply

Step 1 – Visit the U.S. Pride BankAmericard Credit Card welcome screen. Read the introductory information, then click on the blue “Apply Now” button.

Step 2 – Choose your card design. Options include the US Pride, The Corps, Sea, Land, or Air. When you choose an option in the drop down menu, the card design at the top of the page changes to match your selection.

Step 3 – Enter your full name, residential address, phone number, and email address. If you’re already a Bank of America customer, you can skip this step by clicking on the “Save time and prefill your application” link at the top of the section.

Step 4 – Enter your country of citizenship, country of residence, and date of birth to complete the personal information section.

In the employment and finances section, choose your employment status from the drop down menu and answer any needed supplemental questions. Enter your total annual income, source of income, level of liquid assets, and monthly housing payment.

Step 5 – If desired, you can add an additional cardholder by checking the “Add a cardholder” box and providing this person’s full name, relationship to you, and either their Social Security number, date of birth, and address. (Keep in mind that you are fully responsible for any charges this person makes to your account.)

Review the card’s terms and conditions, saving or printing a copy for your records by clicking on the “View as PDF” link and checking the box at the bottom that indicates you agree to the provisions that are outlined.

Step 6 – Click on the “Review your information” button to double check the accuracy of your application and submit it for final processing by Bank of America.
