How to Login

Accessing your EFS online banking account is easy. First, navigate to the EFS online banking homepage then locate the login box on the left side of the page. Enter your Personal ID in the space provided and click CONTINUE.

Next, provide your Password and click LOGIN. If you entered both your ID and password correctly, you should be looking at the main page of your online banking account.

If you can’t remember your personal ID, there is a simple process to recover your account. Click the Forgot your Personal ID link found on the main EFS login page. You need to provide your Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number and your Zip Code. Click Submit and on the following pages you will go through a few more steps in order to regain access to your account.

If you’re having a problem logging in, it might be because you are entering the wrong password, or just can’t remember it. If this is the case, click on the Forgot your Password? link on the page where you enter your password. In order to get back into your account, you need to enter your Personal ID, Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number and Zip Code. At the bottom, you can create a New Password, which will allow you to recover your online banking account.
