Bank of Edwardsville Cash Rewards American Express Card Login

If you recently received a Bank of Edwardsville Cash Rewards American Express Card in the mail, congratulations are in order; with this card you’re able to save money with every purchase! If you enroll in online banking through Elan Financial Services (EFS), the card-issuer, you will be able to view your statements, pay your bills, review past transactions, update your personal information, and more, all from the comfort of your home or office. To make your life a little easier, we have provided a guide below, complete with images and links, on how to enroll in and log into online banking, and how to activate a new card. Before you begin, we recommend that you review the EFS online privacy policy to understand how they may share your information.

How to Login

To get started, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page. Once there, enter your Personal ID in the indicated space and click Continue to proceed to the next login step.

Next, you will be required to provide your Password and click the Login button. If both login credentials were correctly entered, you should gain immediate access to your online account.

In the event that you have forgotten your personal ID, locate and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link (in the first login window). On the retrieval page, you are asked to supply the following information:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit and, in the steps that follow, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and regain access to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to locate and click the Forgot your Password? link (found in the second login window). Then, on the ID Verification page, enter the following information:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Once you have filled out all of the above information, click Submit to complete the ID verification process. Your new password is saved and you can now regain access to your account.

If your Bank of Edwardsville Cash Rewards American Express Card is not yet activated, you can call the activation number posted above this paragraph and activate it with the assistance of a customer service agent. Once your credit card is activated, you can enroll in online banking through EFS. To register for this service, click the Secure Registration link that we have provided just above the activation number and enter the following information into the next page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Create your Personal ID and your Password, by typing these login credentials into the indicated spaces. When you are ready, click Submit to finish the registration process.
