How to Login

In order to gain access to your online banking account, you must first navigate to the First Bankcard login page and enter your User ID before clicking Log In to proceed to the next step.

Next, on the following page, supply your Password into the entry field and click Submit to access your personalized banking account.

In the event that you forget your user ID or password, locate and click the Forgot User ID/Password link found in either of the login windows. On the Forgot User ID or Password page you will be prompted to enter your full name, and either your User ID or Email Address (the former for a forgotten password and the latter for a forgotten User ID) before clicking Submit. By following the instructions found in the subsequent pages, you will be able to reset your password or retrieve your user ID and, in turn, log into your account.

Activation/Registration

Activating your credit card can be accomplished by calling the number posted above this paragraph and following the instructions provided by a customer service representative. You can also activate your card online by registering for a First Bankcard online banking account. To begin the enrollment process, click on the Secure Registration link located just above the activation number.
