How to Apply for the CareCredit Credit Card

The CareCredit Credit Card exists to provide financial support for people who need to pay for healthcare or some sort of medical procedure that is otherwise not covered by medical insurance. Not all doctors and medical offices accept this credit card, but there are over 200,000 providers and retailers across the U.S. that do. For everyday purchases this card is basically useless, and it comes with a very high interest rate. However, there are special financing options for the CareCredit Credit Card that aren’t normally offered by other types of credit cards. For purchases between $200 and $1,000, cardholders could pay no interest if they pay off their entire purchase within the promotional period. These promotional periods range from 6, 12, 18, or 24 months, after which an interest rate of 26.99% applies (rate may vary with time). Purchases of $1,000 or more are eligible for a 24, 36, or 48 month offer with a reduced APR of 14.90%, and purchases of $2,500 or more are eligible for a 60 month offer with a reduced APR of 16.90%. This card may be useful for some people who aren’t covered for certain medical treatments, but we’re hesitant to give an advice on that partiular subject. It could be worth comparing this card to other credit cards with lower interest rates and finding the solution that best solution suits your needs. If the CareCredit Credit Card is the right fit for you, apply today by following our short tutorial below.

We recommend reading Synchrony Financial’s (the card-issuing company) privacy policy before submitting any information into their website.
