How to Apply for the Chicago Bears Extra Points Credit Card

This credit option is part of a series of NFL cards issued by Barclaycard in which each franchise getting their own unique logo printed on the front. Some of the benefits that prospective cardholders can look forward to are the 0% APR for the first 15 billing cycles on balance transfers, 0% APR for 6 billing cycles on all qualifying NFL tickets, and 10,000 bonus points after spending $500 within the first 90 days. Your interest rate on purchases will be 15.24%, 20.24% or 25.24%, depending on your creditworthiness (APR is subject to change). The point based rewards program has been catered towards the NFL fan, providing cardholders with 2 points for each $1 spent on NFL products and 1 point for all other purchases. All in all, we would recommend this card specifically to the individual who finds him/herself making frequent NFL related purchases, be it on games, TV or merchandise. Requirements

You are at least 18 years of age
You reside in one of the approved US states
You have a valid SSN

How to Apply

Step 1- Start by clicking here to access the Barclaycard application webpage. Once accessed, click on the blue Apply Now tab located on the right hand side of your screen.

Step 2- Use the drop-down menu under the Carry Your Team Everywhere heading and select Chicago Bears from the list of available options. Once selected, click Apply Now to proceed.

Step 3- Some basic personal details must be specified at this juncture. The exact information that’s required is as follows:

Name
Permanent address
Time at permanent address
Residence status

Step 4- Use the drop-down menu to indicate your current Occupation (if you selected Student, review the information under the below screenshot). Next, supply your Total Annual Income and select Yes or No to specify whether or not you would like to expedite the delivery of your card for an additional $15.

If you are currently a student, some additional information will be required. The following details must be specified:

Class year
School address (street, city, state, zip)
School state
Materials will be sent to? (permanent address or address at school)
School name

Step 5- Here you must provide your contact information (Primary phone, Email address). Also, choose Yes or No to indicate whether or not you are a US citizen.

Step 6- Under Security Information, supply for Date of Birth, your Social Security Number and your Mother’s Maiden Name.

Step 7- If you wish to receive your bank statements electronically, review this disclosure and tick each of the boxes found within the Paperless Statements heading. You may also consolidate your previous balances by performing a balance transfer.

Step 8- Take a moment to read over the terms and conditions for this credit card before clicking Apply.
