The Community 1st Credit Union Serenity Mastercard Credit Card allows cardholders to manage their credit online with the simplicity of a few clicks and few keystrokes. Once you have accessed your online account you can pay bills and review monthly statement history all from the comfort of your home. Scroll down this page and you will find a helpful guide that will explain how to login to your online account and how to set one up if you have not done so already.

Before you proceed we recommend that you take a moment to read the online privacy policy. It will explain to you how your personal information is going to be handled when you login to your account. This is not a necessary step, yet it remains important.

How to Login

Step 1: What you first need to do is head over to the login homepage, pictured below.

Step 2: Then enter your Username and Password in the blank spaces provided and click the LOGIN button to gain access to your online account. If you have forgotten your login information you can click the Forgot Username or Password link to begin the retrieval process.

If you have not setup an online account yet you can easily do so by calling the activation number listed above or by doing so online. To do so online you must first click the Secure activation link above and then click the Enroll button on the following page.

You must then enter the following information in the space provided and click the Continue button:

Account number
Expiration date
CVV/CVC
Last 4 digits of your SSN
Zip code

On the next pages you will need to enter some general user information and update your profile settings before the activation process can be completed.
