Local Bank Fee
the card’s rewards and features feel a bit dated compared to national cards. The reward rate is modest, foreign transaction fees are not always waived (which matters for travel), and perks beyond “standard” are thin. If you don’t travel or spend big it’s okay—but if you want premium benefits, you’ll likely go elsewhere.
So I’d give it 2.8 stars. Good local bank, but not the best value if you’re comparing broadly.
