First State Bank Secured Visa Card Login

Cardholders of the First State Bank Secured Visa Card will be pleased to know that they can keep up-to-date with their account from any personal computing device. By enrolling in online account access through the card-issuer, Elan Financial Services (EFS), users are enabled to view their statements, pay bills or setup recurring payments, perform balance transfers from other credit card accounts, and more. Before you can enroll in online banking and start making purchases, you will need to activate your new card. For instructions on how to log into your account, how to enroll in online banking, and how to activate a new card, scroll down and follow our straightforward tutorial below.

Before you proceed, we recommend taking a minute to review the EFS privacy policy to learn how they share and protect their clients’ information.

How to Login

To log into your account, you will need to go to the EFS login page. From there, enter your Personal ID into the Login window and click Continue to continue to the next step.

On the next page, you will be asked to enter your Password before clicking the Login button. If entered correctly, this will give you access to your online account.

If you can’t remember your personal ID, you will need to retrieve it. You can do so by clicking the Forgot your Personal ID? link (in the first login window) and entering the following information on the retrieval page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Click Submit and in the pages that follow you can retrieve your forgotten ID by following the instructions provided.

If you cannot remember your password, you will need to change it. Click the Forgot your Password? link (in the second login window) and enter the below information on the ID Verification page:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Click Submit to complete the verification process and save your new password for future logins.

To activate a new card, call the toll-free number posted above and you can get your card up and running by following the telephonic instructions. Once your card is activated, you can enroll in online banking with EFS by clicking the Secure Registration link (found above the activation number) and entering the following information on the enrollment page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Create a Personal ID and your Password, entering them in the indicated fields. Next, enter your Email Address if you would like to receive special offers for your new credit card. Click Submit to register your online banking account.
